Manufactured homes are built to a stringent safety and construction code rigorously enforced by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Also known as the HUD Code, this set of regulations is one of the main benefits of owning a new manufactured home. The HUD Code ensures that each manufactured home is designed with quality engineering and that it is built with mandatory safety standards like fire resistance, wind safety, roof load requirements and overall energy efficiency.

And because a manufactured home is built in a factory environment, under roof from all the harsh outdoor elements, your new home can be constructed faster and with much less waste. In fact, the waste from a single manufactured home can fit into one 55 gallon construction bag. All of this adds up to savings for you – our homebuyer. In many instances, the cost of a manufactured home can be as much as 45% less costly than a comparable site built home (excluding the cost of land).
